If you go to any church today (or yesterday for that matter), you've probably caught on to the fact that a small number of people do so much of the work.  It's generally assumed (at least it has been by me and I'm "sure" there must be strong scientific evidence to support it) that 20% of the people do 80% of the work.  Why?  Well as Dave Walker of The Church Times shows in THIS CARTOON, it's all about a "Sticker Scheme."
