So, Jim, aren't you impressed that Lithuania is so high tech? Of course with the average annual income equivalent to about $6000 it would take almost two months salary to buy one, but who needs to eat?
I know. Clearly the person holding the iPad determined that this new technology was more important than food....either that or he probably makes enough money in that economy that he doesn't have that much to protest.
